Big Family Week

Hey all. It's my daughters birthday and we went camping. Today is a big party. I'll be back next week. Best wishes and good trading to all.

Anonymous said...: This blog + the book (Put Options by Jeffrey Cohen) got me really interested in selling puts.

I sold a bunch of options (SPY, GE, GG, a few others) back in April/March and recently closed out all my positions for a hefty profit. There is no way I would have made as much profit if I had just bought the stocks directly.

Now I'm just waiting for the market to dip again so I can sell another batch of options. This is a solid strategy, I wouldn't be so quick to judge.; October 19, 2009 10:12 PM
